Return Policy

OVERVIEW

Our return policy lasts 30 days, so you have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return request.
To qualify for a return, the item must have a defect and be in its original, unused condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, please email us at hello@hapticsynaptic.com, and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item, a missing component, or a damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping costs for returns of items that are not damaged or are due to subscription cancellation delay.
Items returned to us without an initial return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, a missing part(s), or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the one you have, and we will send you a new one right away. We can also refund you and, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
